Jewellery Warranty & Care


For All S925 Sterling Silver Jewellery

We will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 12 months from the date of purchase for jewellery. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty. If a receipt is not available a credit card or bank statement will suffice. 

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. We recommend the use of safety chains on bracelets and insurance cover is advisable on all valuable jewellery. 

General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.

For Costume Jewellery, including all Plating Jewellery

We will repair or replace manufacturing faults for parts of textile, wood, leather, glass and string items free of charge up to 60 days from the date of purchase for jewellery. 


All S925 Sterling Silver or Plating Jewellery (including rhodium plated, gold-plated & rose gold-plated) will tarnish over time, please try to avoid contacting with perfume, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine, sea water, perspiration, and other acid chemicals. 

To clean tarnish, gently scrub your jewellery with a soft toothbrush in diluted soapy water. Dry thoroughly then polish with a jewellery polishing cloth. This helps to remove the dirt and grit that may gather overtime within the components of the jewellery causing wear and tear.
