PLACE AN ORDER

To place an order, please add your desired item(s) to your shopping basket. Once you are satisfied with your selection, please proceed to the checkout page to complete your order. When your order is confirmed and the payment is made successfully, an automated e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.

Please note that you need to use the identification method required by the issuing bank of your credit card for payment with Visa and MasterCard.

TAXES

All taxes are included in the prices. 

*Charge taxes on shipping rates - US shipping taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout

NOTIFICATIONS

Following communication will be sent:

Order Confirmation - You will receive order confirmation email shortly after you’ve placed an order. 

Shipping Status Update - You will receive follow up emails once shipping status is updated. 

Product Review Invite - You will receive email on inviting you to review your purchase.

CANCEL ORDER  

Our Customer Care Team will always aim to cancel your order for you in time to prevent shipping the products, please note this may not be possible due to the orders are processed in speedy manner. 

Prior to receiving your despatch confirmation email, if you would like to cancel your order, you must contact the Customer Care Team soonest possible by email sales@gracebouotiqueuk.com. When your order is confirmed to be cancelled, you will received an confirmation email of order cancellation and payment will be refunded accordingly. 

After receiving your despatch confirmation email, it will be too late to cancel your order, The purchased items will be scheduled to deliver to you. However, you have the option to make a return to us using our Returns Centre online. 

AMEND ORDER

Unfortunately we are unable to amend orders.

ORDER CANCELLED after purchased

Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons related to following: 

  • Stock availability 
  • Payment declined 
  • Invalid delivery address 

If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, we will inform you by email confirming the cancellation and the appropriate amount of money will be refunded to you. Refunds are completed within 14 days, but this may vary depending on your bank provider.
